All approved orders are shipped in the order that they are received. Due to high order volume, you will receive separate order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. There is no need to contact us for status updates, please only email if there is an address clarification.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Shipping
Please allow 7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10-14 business days for delivery. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking email.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods once your package has been delivered. Please make sure to follow the tracking and make proper arrangements to receive your package.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items. We cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the destination country.
